Why not me? by Mindy Kaling

Non-Fiction | Memoir | Humor

240 pages

This is a memoir written by the creator and writer for The Mindy Project. Mindy also wrote lots of episodes for The Office, in which she also acted.

I read this book in intervals of 2-5 minutes while I brushed my teeth, used mouthwash, waited for the shower water to get warm, or tried to hide away from my kids, and it frequently made me chuckle or smile. I think it was a very amusing read. It definitely achieves what it aims for, which is to entertain the reader.

If you like celebrity memoirs or are familiar with Mindy’s work then I would recommend you give her book a chance to make you laugh. After all, reading is meant to be fun!
